This one-of-a-kind home, designed by award-winning Sterling | Huddleson Architecture, features windows and doors supplied by Boulder Ridge Sash & Door and manufactured by Sosoares of Portugal. The ocean facing floor to ceiling doors and windows fill the palatial modern home with ample light and captivating ocean views, thoroughly maximizing every last aspect of the magnificent architecture and its stunning natural surroundings.

The clients of this contemporary oceanfront home, designed by award-winning architect Stephanie Barnes-Castro, wanted the magnificent view of the Monterey Bay to grace all of their main living areas, including the primary suite and guest quarters. For a property that was to truly exemplify the epitome of sustainable luxury living, very specific window and door requirements  needed to be addressed, not only to meet efficiency standards, but also fulfill a stringent minimalistic and contemporary design aesthetic. For architect Stephanie Barnes-Castro, her choice was an easy one considering she had already specified the M Sora and Sosoares product lines in several other of her local projects.
